Suggested Computer Applications

These are the computer programs I use(running on Windows 9x Systems, of course). Therefore, I think they are the best. I've downloaded a lot of crap over the years, and tried lots of software, and these are the best, in my opinion. Many are downloadable off the Internet, and many are free! But of course some aren't. We all know:

But programmers just need to eat occasionally.
